Martin is an experienced HR executive with over 20 years of experience in European and global leadership roles, specialising in Information Technology, Cyber Security, and Consulting sectors. He started his career as a Royal Naval Officer and then moved into HR after working for a leading UK Tech Search Firm. He has held senior HR roles in US publicly listed corporations (NCR and DXC) while living in UK, Europe and the US, and then worked in Private Equity and VC portfolio businesses including 2e2 and Likewize which achieved successful fund-raising rounds, ownership changes and 20+ M&A transactions. Martin joined Arqit in 2022.
